Overstand

Refund Policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

We want you to pay for Overstand only if it's helping you. Here's how cancelling and refunds work.

Cancelling

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from Settings → Plan and usage or the billing link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, then move back to the Free plan. Your plans and progress are kept.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy, email hello@overstand.app within 14 days of your first Pro payment — or of a yearly renewal — and we’ll refund it in full, no questions asked.

After 14 days

  • Monthly subscriptions: we don't refund part-months, but cancelling stops all future charges.
  • Yearly subscriptions: we don't refund the remaining months after the first 14 days, except where required by law.
  • If something went wrong on our side — for example a double charge, or Overstand was unavailable for a long time — contact us and we'll put it right.

Your legal right of withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the EU you have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. Because Overstand Pro starts immediately, at checkout you’ll be asked to agree that it begins straight away and to acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided. Our 14-day money-back guarantee above applies either way.

How refunds are paid

Payments are processed by our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
